Description
The evaporation and sedimentation processes make this salt unique and have a unique flavour. It has the characteristic that when you eat it, it is not excessively salty like other salts. It has a mild flavour and the fine flakes make it melt just by touching your lips. But it is also the healthiest on the market, since its sodium chloride percentage is lower than other salts that are not from a spring.
This flaky salt, harvested by hand so that it does not crumble, is produced by the main elements of the earth: the sun and the air. Its origin dates back more than 220 million years.
Rich in iron, magnesium, potassium and sulphates, that is why we salt workers value it so much, because it is not aggressive on the palate and acts as a flavour enhancer for all cuisine.
