Return policy

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify LANCASTER PLUS, SLU, with registered office at Pg. Cova Solera – Londres, 2 | 08191 Rubí (Barcelona), telephone 933 967 316, email info@salgourmet.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the withdrawal form template that appears in this link, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires. 

Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have supplied proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first. You must return or deliver the goods directly to LANCASTER PLUS, SLU, with registered office at Pg. Cova Solera – Londres, 2 | 08191 Rubí (Barcelona), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
c) The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.
h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods.
i) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
j) The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
k) Contracts concluded through public auctions.
l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
m) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

Order management and delivery time

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been confirmed. The processing and delivery time is approximately one week depending on the type of product and its destination. (Delivery times may be extended for deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands for logistical reasons beyond our control.).

The products will be sent to the shipping address provided by the user when making the purchase. These details may be provided to third parties responsible for delivering the products. We will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form is incorrect or has been omitted.

Delivery times indicated for each product may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of a delay, users will be informed as soon as we become aware of it.

Cost of transport

The cost of delivery for transport will be added to the price of the product depending on the destination of the shipment. Once the delivery address has been indicated during the purchase process, the online store will specify the exact amount of the transport costs for your order.

Order cancellation policy

Please make sure that the product you buy is the one you want, once the purchase has been made the order cannot be cancelled. In the event that the product or service is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order, causing the total or partial refund of the charge generated in their current account or PayPal account. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order.

Warranty

The user may exercise the guarantee of a product in accordance with the current regulations on guarantees for consumer products. The guarantee period for products is 2 years.

To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to keep the delivery note, invoice or proof of purchase.
