Fossil® Salt Petals is a salt in the form of pyramidal crystals, with a very mild flavour due to its mineral origin and its high content of trace elements, which, unlike some marine flake salts, does not have that slightly bitter aftertaste. When adding Salt Petals when serving, they fuse into the dish, enhancing the flavours of the food. Its crystals are pyramid-shaped and are fragile enough to break between the fingers. It is manufactured in the most rigorous and slow way possible, controlling the temperature parameters and the origin.
